About Villa Nona

Located in the heart of Cavtat - Croatia's little "Saint Tropez" - Villa Nona is an ancient traditional Dalmat house, overlooking the village with an amazing view.

​

The House is composed of 3 independent apartments and a studio, all available to be rented separately.

​

​

Location of the House:

​

  • The sea is located 150m below of the House

  • The House is located 5 min away from supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and the bus station 

  • You will find appointed beaches in front of Croatia and Supetar Hotels with umbrellas and chairs and also numerous creeks all over the peninsula

  • Cavtat is 30 min away from Dubrovnik (bus, taxi, boat) and 15 min away from the Airport

Practical information:

​

  • Presence of a concierge to welcome customers and help them with any issue

 

  • Bed linen and towels are provided once a week 

 

  • Cleaning is done once a week, between the departure of old customers and the arrival of new customers

​​

  • The apartments must be vacated by 10am on day of departure and are available from 3pm on day of arrival

 

  • No pets allowed
